One of our ATA Accredited Estimators inspects the vehicle to assess the damage and discuss with the client what work needs to be carried out.
Strip and Panel Work
The damaged area is stripped out ready for replacement or repaired panels to be worked on. Repairs are carried out in-house by our own fully Qualified ATA Panel Technicians.
Preparation for Paint
Once the panel work has been completed and refitted, the vehicle goes into the paint prep area where it is wrapped and prepared ready for painting.
The vehicle goes into one of our spray booths where it is painted. Our spray booths / oven equipment have been specifically designed and developed for use with compliant coatings and water based paint systems. It is capable of producing the very highest quality of finish.
Refit and Quality Control
The vehicle is refitted with new parts as required. Although the vehicle has to pass Quality Control checks at every stage, it is now handed over for final inspection, washed and completed for collection.
Collection has been arranged and the vehicle is handed back to the client in pristine pre-damage condition.
